Take a look at the things you are most passionate about; what is driving you toward those passions?

If everyone was wiped off the face of the earth and you were the last one alive, would you continue to pursue those passions?

If your passions are purely driven by the Self, then that makes them more rewarding and fulfilling; external factors such as the influence or approval of others shouldn't matter.

I will always continue to paint and draw. If I lost everyone tomorrow, after a long, deep, bout of mourning, I would most likely venture to a large art store in a larger city and consume supplies until I died.

I started two more oil paintings and now I'm just waiting for them to dry. I may not have the opportunity to work on them again before 1/5. One is the final piece in my "Woman's Journey As Christ" series, and the other is just a simple nude.
