Some of my works may be offered as NFTs on third-party marketplaces (e.g., OpenSea). All transactions on those platforms are subject to their own terms and policies. I am not responsible for any issues that arise from using those services.
 

5. Commissions and Custom Work

Commissioned pieces are subject to individual agreements between me and the buyer. Once confirmed and payment is made, all sales are final unless otherwise specified.
Details, rights, and delivery times will be communicated clearly before the work begins.

If you send me messages, feedback, or content (e.g., testimonials), you grant me permission to use that content for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise. I respect your privacy and will never knowingly sell or misuse your personal information.
