Original Artwork

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once a purchase has been completed. Please review all images, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Prints & Limited Editions

All prints and limited edition works are sold as final sale. Variations in color may occur due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, or printing processes and do not constitute defects.

Digital & AI Artwork

All digital products, including AI-generated artwork and downloadable files, are non-refundable once delivered.

Commissions & Custom Work

All commissioned or custom artwork is non-returnable and non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and artwork. Verified cases of damage or error will be resolved through replacement or refund at my discretion.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered, Zach E Bear Art is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage caused by carriers, weather, or handling after delivery. Shipping insurance may be included or offered at checkout where applicable.
